Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers Irving

We love Raising Canes! The chicken and french fries as well as toast are always fresh and delicious! We normally do takeout and many times half or even all of the food doesn’t even make it back to the house ha ha. The service has always been friendly and professional . Those of you who are drive-through lovers like me will appreciate this: they almost never make mistakes with a drive-through orders! There are seven people in our family and every single one enjoys Cane’s which has got to be some kind of record considering we all have different palates and are different ages! The only reason I gave them four stars was because of the limited offerings. I understand that their business is to do a few things really well but there are no healthy options for sides unless you count coleslaw. No salads or vegetables or appetizers. They don’t offer any gluten-free options other than fries or coleslaw . That is one of the main things that keeps us from ordering from there more often. All that being said we hit them up when we get a craving and definitely recommend!

We love dining inside. Everyone is so friendly and happy! I wish all places had happy employees like Cane's. The chicken tenders were fresh and smoking hot, the texas toast was on point and the sauce was perfection.

Yes when I men every team member I mean every single team member at this location. The register team greets you with big smiles and real warmth, not the rehearsed kind you find at so many places. At the drive-through, that same energy carries on. The team handles every order with precision, but it’s the kindness in their tone that stands out. Even during the busiest rush, they never lose their calm or their courtesy. They make sure your meal is right, your drink is cold, and your day feels a little brighter before you drive off. Iv been inside and out and I can tell you both are superb. And behind the scenes, the kitchen staff keeps everything humming like a well-tuned engine. Every piece of chicken comes out crispy, juicy, and made with care — never rushed, never sloppy. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. And when I tell you it’s hot and crispy !!!! BOI !!! The famous Cane’s Sauce is just the finishing touch to a meal clearly made with attention and heart. What I love most about Raising Cane’s is that it’s not just about great food — it’s about great people. Every interaction feels authentic, every smile feels earned, and every meal feels like it was made for you. The entire staff “again I can’t stress this enough” were all laughing smiling and having fun. I took the time on this review because they took the time to get it right. The food was very delicious, the chicken was juicy and crispy, and the house sauce was amazing.

I used the drive thru at the Northwest highway Cowboys location. It's a great looking building that every Raising Cane's fan should check out. Food is good, the service is good, and on the outside, there's a great atmosphere.

The service is always so friendly and the speed at which you get your food is insane, and it was fresh! I ordered, had gotten my drink and didn't even put on the lid before our 6 piece meal was ready. I prefer to go during the afternoon right after the lunch rush, so it's not too busy.

Raising Cane's in Valley Ranch Irving is an awesome spot! They always curate a positive and awesome experience. Can't go wrong with crispy chicken and that delicious Cane's sauce!!

The customer service vibe the workers carry makes the ordering process and getting the food and everything so much better! They do care about quality and getting everything right and with a smile on their face! I couldnt be more happy to go there and eat!
